Larry Loc is a Stop Motion and 3-D computer animator, an animation educator, and a person fascinated with the history of animation. He started the State Funded Central County Regional Occupational Program Animation Department in 1995 and currently teaches at several colleges and universities. He is a member of the Executive Board of ASIFA-Hollywood, the International Animated Film Society. The author of "Animation on a ShoeString ™ Building a Low Cost Animation Studio with Your Home Computer". He has been presenting animation history screenings and teaching Stop Motion seminars at San Diego Comic Con International since the turn of the century.
