Career Outline: Joined ASIFA-Hollywood as a student and a fan in 1978. In the early 1990's Bill was asked to join the Board of Directors as Secretary and take control of the memberships. Used the networking opportunities of ASIFA-Hollywood to get a job in animation in 1993, and eventually became a production manager at Walt Disney Television Animation.
