Robert Taylor began his career as an animator in 1966 co-directing *Mighty Heroes* with Ralph Bakshi. Taylor has worked with Ralph Bakshi on a number of animated features, including an animated film called *Wizards*. He has worked as an animator, storyboard and layout artist, producer, screenwriter, and director throughout his career, working mostly on animated TV shows. He is most notable for directing *The Nine Lives of Fritz the Cat*, a sequel to the first X-rated animated feature *Fritz the Cat*. Robert Taylor currently still works in the animation industry.
